After passing the health tests to compete in the post-pandemic period, Kelly Tan, the first Malaysian LPGA lady golfer and our very own homegrown athlete, finished with a creditable joint-11th placing, her best result in recent times. She maintained a good attitude and was pleased with her performance in the face of tough course conditions, and hopes to continue delivering solid results. This was her latest professional competition since the pandemic, and prior to that she had participated in the Women’s Australia Open and the Vic Open.
